Description

Valsir ARIOSA HV Sensible is a central heat recovery ventilation unit designed for residential buildings that require continuous balanced ventilation with high thermal efficiency. The unit can be installed horizontally in a false ceiling or vertically on the wall, making it suitable for installation in both newly built homes and renovation projects. It is available in three airflow sizes (170, 250 and 330 m³/h) covering living spaces up to approximately 185 m² depending on the chosen model.

The unit features a high-performance sensible counterflow heat exchanger, EC brushless motors with constant airflow control and an EPP casing with optimised air passages to minimise noise and pressure drops. The Sensible version includes the full electronic control package with five onboard sensors, LCD control panel, WiFi connectivity, Modbus integration and automatic bypass for free cooling.

Energy efficiency

The sensible counterflow exchanger recovers dry heat from the extracted air and transfers it to the incoming fresh air, reducing heating demand during colder months. With a maximum heat recovery efficiency up to 91 percent, low specific power consumption and A+ seasonal energy class (for HV 170 and HV 250), the unit ensures efficient long-term operation.

Indoor air quality

The ARIOSA HV Sensible provides constant filtered airflow through both supply and extract ducts, reducing CO₂, moisture and pollutants inside the home. The system uses high quality filters and integrated sensors to keep airflow stable and maintain healthy indoor conditions. Alerts on the LCD panel indicate when filters require cleaning or replacement.

Controls and automation

The Sensible version includes a full-featured LCD controller, five onboard probes (four temperature sensors and one humidity sensor) and an additional T/RH sensor on the control panel. Wi-Fi connectivity allows management through the Valsir App, while the Modbus interface enables integration with home automation or BMS systems. Automatic bypass logic provides free cooling when outdoor conditions are favourable.
