We’re excited to share one of our latest successfully completed ventilation project – the installation of a decentralized heat recovery system in the new residential development “Kļavu Rezidences,” developed by the Traiv team.

In this project, we delivered a complete solution using high-quality Helty HRV FlowEASY units, customizing the details to meet the specific needs of the site. Helty systems ensure efficient air exchange and filtration, while also helping to prevent moisture and mold. They operate quietly and are energy-efficient—making them ideal for residential spaces. This solution will ensure that all 24 new apartments enjoy high-quality, clean air.
To preserve the aesthetic of the facade, we developed a customized solution for the ventilation grilles, matching their color to the building’s exterior. This approach ensures not only technical functionality but also visual harmony with the architectural design.
